Common issues
Comments or login not working
- Make sure you’re signed in inside the extension panel (not just on Peacock)
- If you previously used a local/dev version, sign out and register again. Production accounts are separate.
- Refresh the Peacock tab after installing or updating the extension
- Confirm you’re on a Love Island USA episode page on Peacock
The Live Chat button doesn’t appear
- The extension only runs on
peacocktv.com - Wait for the episode page to fully load, then refresh once
- Check
chrome://extensionsand make sure Love Island Live is enabled - Try removing and re-adding the extension if you just updated
Panel covers the video
- Click Live Chat again to close the panel
- The extension is designed to shrink the Peacock player layout when open; if something looks wrong, refresh the page
Timestamp comments / “Timed comments” toggle
- Use the Timed comments pill below the Live Chat button to turn timestamp popups on or off
- Timestamp comments only appear when other users posted comments tied to playback time

Use the Support tab on this extension’s Chrome Web Store listing, or leave a review with details about the issue. Please include your browser version, extension version, what you expected, and steps to reproduce.
Account & data requests
- Delete your comments: use the delete control on your own comments in the panel
- Account deletion or privacy requests: contact us through the Chrome Web Store support link on the extension listing and include your username
